I was the only customer in this place and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It took over 7 minutes to get my order. Why? This particular branch of Lenny's is way too slow.

During the morning rush they almost always get orders wrong. It's not hard to make a bagel with cream cheese and tomato. Who forgets the cream cheese!?!?!!! It's not rocket science people. If you do go here you should check your order before you leave, or rather before they push you out the door b/c that's what it feels like!

Very tasty sandwiches - always fresh and the price is right !! The waitstaff are very friendly too

I usually order delivery from them ( 48th street) 1-2 times a week - food is always fresh. I had the pastrami for the first time today, and it was excellent. HIghly reccomend it.

This place has delicious sandwiches (I hear the chopped salads are pretty good too). Just be wary that it can be a bit intimidating for new customers during peak lunch times. Here's how it works: 1. Know what you want to order before getting on line. 2. After you place your order, go over to the cash register to pay. 3. Step aside and wait for them to call your order. 4. Enjoy! There aren't a lot of open tables during peak times so you may have to take your sandwich elsewhere.

Delicious sandwiches prepared very quickly. I was amazed by the amount of cold cuts and cheeses to choose from. Although it made my decision more difficult I was impressed as to how fresh the food was.

Lenny's is great. Don't bother looking at the menu, just create your own sandwich, any way you like it. They have everything.
