The service here used to be stellar. The sandwiches are pricey and used to be worth the extra cost but they have skimped and add charges for everything. They need to learn how to make a turkey club, what I ordered was not a club.

Lenny's is easily the greatest sandwich place on the upper west side, with prompt deliveries, Online ordering, and good food this place is a regular for me. The only problem is they like to close early, on weekdays not taking deliveries after 8:30 and on weekends even earlier. If you regularly come home late from work, school, or whatever else you are doing or just like eating late, Lenny's unfortunately can't deliver.

I go here for take out lunch once a week. Lately the servers and cashiers have been so nasty and downright surly. Plus with their checkout system it takes forever just to pay for a sandwich. There are lots of other places around so they need to get good customer service people asap

I work on the UWS and order from this Lenny's all the time. They are incredibly fast. Faster than if you went to the store yourself, called your order in, picked it up, walked home, then ate. Honestly. And the food is great, selection too. Try the Lennys #1 or the H1, both awesome. H1 is perfect for curing hangovers ;-)

When Lenny's first opened, my husband and I would go there every weekend for their superb food. Now that they've been expanding their business, the quality of food is not the same. We get the wrong orders and the food is not as fresh as before. It's still decent food, but not as superb as before.

the food is a little over priced for the average working person to eat lunch at everyday. They have the biggest selection of sandwiches, meals and other things around. And did I mention their hazelnut coffee? the best! highly recommend it, but bring your own drinks, $2 avg juice, tea, soda or water.

This is the best Deli I have had in a long time. The food is amazing - fresh and made so quality.... The prices are more than reasonable for the great food!
