Great find
It has been a while since i have an authentic Colombian arepa, with a nice cortadito. I can go to back to work now with a smile. Thank you lena

I find this place great! The service is good and so is the food and it's cheap! What more can you ask for.

I was not impressed
I was not at all impressed with the food from Lena's...I ordered the steak salad "their" way, switching the sauce and asked for two additional toppings....all I received was a ton of lettuce with overcooked steak, and a few tiny pieces of my additional topings...I had none of the toppings the salad was meant to come with. I also ordered my steak medium rare and while I was waiting I saw some beautifully cooked steaks being brought to tables...my pieces were completely dry and well done...unfortunately I took my food to go, if I had been sitting at the restaurant I would have sent it back. They also need to work on their service as their only seemed two be two waitresses to handle both the take out and sit down customers and it took a rather long time for the simple food they are selling.

Most Original Catering!
We ordered from Lena last week, for our annual end-of-summer soiree for 80 ppl. I was in charge of the order and was personally taken care of by Ronny (the owner). He asked a couple of simple questions and came up with great menu options for our budget and needs. The food arrived promptly, tasted so fresh and everyone was raving about it! Nobody ever talked about the food before... it was always about the booze, but this time it was different, original, it was a hit! They made me look like a million bucks and I have certainly found my caterer.

Five star in my book
Excellent choice in midtown.Finally a healthy and delicious place near my office. Cant wait to try the breakfast, for all of you who haven't been there go and try the skirt steak or the fish plate with tostones and coconut rice and chimichurri or lemon thyme butter.....it is INSANITY!
