This place consistently gets my order wrong. It's hard to understand what is so hard about making one pizza for one order and getting it right! It just can't be that hard to make a pizza!!! Common guys! And when you mess up and the client calls you back you should fix the problem! What is wrong with you guys

Popped in before a show at BAM to grab a couple slices. We got a margarita, veggie and pepperoni slice to go, totaling ~ $11. The pepperoni slice fell apart because the cheese was so heavy, but it was tasty. The sauce on the margarita was waaaay too sweet, they added too much sugar to the sauce. The veggie slice I didn't try, but my friend didn't complain. They had bottles of olive oil with rosemary branches to infuse, which was a nice treat to drizzle onto our slices. No atmosphere, just an average counter and few cheap tables. Service was ok.

I was raised in NY but now I live in Norfolk VA. I visit NY once or twice a year and when I do I love to get some delicious NY pizza. You just cant get good pizza in many areas outside of NY and unfortunately you cant get good pizza at Lean Crust in Brooklyn either. It is in fact the most disappointing NY pizza I have ever had! In all fairness the toppings were all good but, the pizza was a huge fail. The crust was hard, the sauce was sparse and dried out and I am not aware of ever seeing mozzarella cheese applied so thinly before in my life, I didn't think it was even possible to apply it that thin and then bake it to a rock hard consistency without burning the entire pie! If you just want some vegan or gluten free card-board with some decent toppings this place may be for you but, if you love good pizza stay away. you wont find any at this restaurant!

I'm surprised this place isn't getting more word of mouth, because the food is tremendous. I've only ordered it as take-out, so I can't really address the in-store experience. However, the pizza is a work of love, quality, and good cuisine. Delivery service is quick and friendly. Of course, sometimes I prefer the ole school NY pizza, but when I want to treat myself (and minimize my health risks), I gladly turn to Lean Crust with their wonderful thin crust pizza. Try it!

Very fresh, tasty, great portion sizes, they just need to figure out their decor and branding. Highly recommend!
