Couldn't believe it...
Came to meet friends and was so disappointed in the service. The bartenders must not make any money here since they don't take care of their customers. Not only were we ignored but had to wave them down to get service and there were 3 bartenders behind this small bar!!! It seems that no one knows what they are doing. How does a company expect to stay in business if they don't train their staff to be efficient and courteous? There are so many great places to go for happy hour in New York, we won't be stopping here for a quick one ever again. Sorry.

Not pretty
After meeting a few friends here for happy hour, I'm convinced that the earlier raves about how beautiful the people were all written by the 30-50 year-old men gathered here to slam down a few drinks before hopping on the MetroNorth to reluctantly head home to their wives. The all female staff was pretty, yes, but certainly not intelligent enough to make money by actually doing their jobs right. Spending 2 hours here, my friends and I were the only women in the place besides the staff and as such, they ignored us and refused to let us sit at a table, although we were paying customers. All in all, not a good experience and I'd rather go somewhere with pretty people AND decent service.

Consistently Amazing Sushi
I love the way they make their sushi...very unique. Beware though coz it's very addictive and you'll find yourself craving it from time to time...

Wouldn't recommend it...
The place has a great look and feel. However, it is very small, and very loud. It's a cool place to stop for a drink on your way to somewhere else. The waitresses were not very good. You had to ask for things (like plates) 2-3 times. Menu's weren't easy to come by either. Their drink menu is good, as is their food, but the hassle to get a seat and some service just isn't worth it.

Not so great
I went to Lea's with a friend expecting to get some food and maybe a drink. I had previously read the review on menupages, upon arrival I found that the waitresses were beautiful, scantily clad, yet maybe not so intelligent. We were seated and asked if we wanted anything to drink by a beautiful girl wearing nothing more than a napkin sized dress. I ordered a pelligrino and awaited the menus which never came. The food was good once we finally got a hold of another waitress and informed her we wished to eat she gave us one menu to share. If you're a guy going for just a drink after work, this is the place to go, but for food, the service is not so good.

Amazing place to take you away...
My friend and I absolutely adored this place. Very romantic ambiance with a nice mix of people. The decor just takes you away from the hustle and bustle of NYC PLUS the food was simply perfect! Plates of exquisite tapas & sushi to share...after dinner they even have a dj to spin cool beats for those who want to dance a bit :) We'll definitely be back.
