The food here is delicious. The back room is lovely and the staff is solid. Favorite Italian place in Chelsea, by far.

It took an hour to deliver one order of spaghetti and meatballs and a ceasar salad. The meatballs were uneatable- they tasted like rubber. The salad was terrible - iceberg lettuce - terrible portion size and 2 croutons. I would never order from here again.

I realized tonight that my social life has reached somewhat of a low point so in order to distract my self from this unfortunate new reality, I decided to order Italian food from a place that I had never tried before. I just moved to the neighborhood and I've always felt that it was important to have a good local Italian spot within a few blocks that provides a cozy dining experience for everyone from your parents or an awkward first date but also delivers so you can have the cozy without actually having to make any effort what so ever. As mentioned, I had been craving italian food...usually when I've been loafing around like a burnout I tend to crave pizza, but tonight I needed pasta, specifically spaghetti and meatballs. Le Zie not only had spaghetti and meatballs, but they claimed to have "The Best Spaghatti and Meatballs" so I ordered it. To my absolute delight, these were the best spaghetti and meatballs that I have had in the longest time..and they were delivered! I've been living in New York for most of my life and I've learned that if you order pasta to be delivered, it will arrive soggy and almost over cooked. This was not the case tonight! I will absolutely be ordering from this place again soon, most likely within the next ten days...unless my social life speeds up again. In which case maybe I'll make the trip to the actual restaurant and eat like a civilized human being instead of splayed out on my bed surrounded by old trash magazines and crushed diet coke cans.

We go here all the time. The staff is friendly and always professional. The food is always very good and often excellent! The bar is a true New York gem with is great atmosphere; for a quick meal we often choose to eat in the bar.

We ate at Le Zie late one weeknight, after wandering the city looking for somewhere good to eat. At 9pm the restaurant was still full, but no wait. We were so pleased with everything about the place. Service was excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the food was delicious. The best Italian we had ever had. Next time we are in NYC, this place is a definite stop on our list!! Well worth wandering the city to find.

The patio description on LeZie's website fails to inform the diner that you're actually sitting right on top of the IRT line! If you want to feel like you're participating in The Taking of Pelham 1,2,3, go for it, otherwise opt for a table indoors. I would give the restaurant two forks up for food and two thumbs down for the outdoor dining experience.

Amazing authentic Venetian food. I've had dinner and lunch at Le Zie many times and It is always great. The service has also been pleasant and the wine list is not bad either. Try the grilled sardine appetizer next time you go. Great Place, no complaints!
