Not the place to eat if you're in a hurry!
I like the food at this place ... BUT, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Ate a late(ish) lunch here yesterday.. ordered at 1:40pm and our food did not appear until 2:15pm.. it was only soup and sandwiches! Took at least 20 mins for waiter to bring a glass of tap water! Again, I like the food but the lousy service is so frustrating. Yesterday's excuse (after I went looking for our food) "my kitchen is busy with to-go orders".. sooooo not my problem dude, hire more staff or you'll lose customers!

So-So Coffees, Hot Chocolate and Baked Goods, High Prices
A friend and I stopped in here for a late afternoon coffee and hot chocolate and a couple of tarts. The tarts were pretty nice. The hot chocolate was not very tasty nor was it warm. The coffee was coffee--nothing special. Though it looks as though you buy your stuff at the counter and go sit down, don't try it because someone will run over and scream "table service only" and start dumping all over your drinks and food into cardboard. It was a freezing winter afternoon. The counter guy was totally inept and we left to sit on the curb and shiver as we consumed our $20.00 "wacky fun" overpriced snack.
