    Great crepes!

Good tasty crepes, server was friendly! There were some mix ups with the order but she was very polite and helpful.. I would definitely go back!

    bang for the buck

Le Grainne Cafe is magnifique! I have had incredible service every time I go there and they serve me way more than I would have ever imagined for the price of their meals. The portions are just right. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint. The food is of good quality. And their delivery service is speedy. When they say ten minutes, they mean ten minutes! I love Le Grainne.

    Not the same

This used to be great spot when it was Le Gamin, but it's recently declined. I've had two disappointing lunches here in one month. Food is not the same even though the menu hasn't changed. The spinach quiche was completely different and not good! It had a strange tomato paste under a layer of thin potatoes on top. That's not quiche! The chicken ratatouille crepe was dry. Crepe didn't taste fresh. And the magic was missing from the once delicious salad. Dressing was close, but not the same. Same with ice tea, close but missing something! Orange caramel crepe desert was still good. Service is slow. Didn't recognize the wait staff, so something has changed besides the quality. What happened?!!

    I'd Give It A Second Try :)

We strolled in after a show at the Joyce Theatre nearby and decided to share an Escargot appetiser and Dinde Aux Legumes... and weren't that impressed. One can easily get this standard of food in Montreal or France, anywhere. The restaurant gives a good vibe, however, and service is largely a hit or miss. A decent place for a date or a group of friends :) We'll probably revisit to try different offerings on the menu.

    Best breakfast place

I don't know what that person was talking about but I have been several times and have never had a bad experience. Whenever I have gone I have had to wait but it's definitely worth it. The food is fabulous along with the waitstaff and atmosphere. By far the best breakfast place in the city.
