    Delicious Food

We decided to share several things from the dinner menu. The falafel was great, as was the lamb kebab, and veggie platter. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The service was perfect and the staff was super friendly. I will be going back frequently...and hope that people don't skip over this cute little gem!

    Fun night out

I went there for dinner with my bf and we had plans to go dancing and drinking afterwords at another bar in the area. We actually LOVED everything in this place from the food to the music and the staff. We stayed all night long there till 3am. We now know the waitresses and the manager or the owner who were very accommodating and we'll always recommend this lounge.

    Great time

I went with 3 of my friends for dinner on a Wednesday night and everything was great but best of all was our waitress who was very nice and accommodating despite the fact that it was only one waitress and it was kind of busy but she really was great. I got the Mix Grill and my frinds shared a combo of falafel, hummos, and salads. We had to order more pita bread and tahini sauce as it wasn't enough and we were charged for the extras. However the food was delicious and I loved music they played.

Good food, good music, good hookahs, and good service

I've been to Le Caire twice so far and every time i have a great time. I tried their food last time I was there with 8 of my co-workers and we all loved it. Our waitress recommended the Mix grill and the Falafel for me and my friend. I don't know what my other friends had but they all seemed to like it. We noticed 15% gratuity automatically added to the bill.

wouldn't eat here, fine for hookah

A bunch of us went here for my friend's birthday. We ordered dinner and drinks, which were both priced about average for a decent place in the city. However when dinner came, I was appalled at the quantity of food in my plate. I ordered the chicken kebab, and I counted five pieces of meat, each smaller than a "nugget" served at a certain fast-food place joint. I have a decent-sized appetite, but there wasn't a single person in our party who was satisfied with their "entree". Some of us wound up going to the taco stand next door to supplement "dinner". Other than that, it seems like a cool place to smoke hookah and get a few drinks with friends. The music alternated between random techno and hip-hop, but whether or not you like that is a matter of personal taste. The atmosphere is nice enough, although some of people who work there are a bit unfriendly. Oh and we drank a decent amount, nothing too crazy. And yet, somehow for 15 people (a few of whom did not drink), our drink tab at the end of the night came out to over $1000 without much explanation from the bar staff. After reading reviews on this site, it seems like they may have surreptitiously added 20% tip automatically without telling us. If that's the case, this place gets two thumbs down without reservation.

    OK food, subpar service

Went there with 4 people for a friend's birthday. Our waitress was very unfriendly, and really seemed like she didn't want to be there. She came by very infrequently, and took our requests reluctantly. One friend didn't like her dish, and ordered a new one...the waitress said nothing (normally they apologize and offer a new dish free, but they put both on the bill). When we got the check, we were alarmed at the 20% gratuity calculated on top of tax! Everyone was ultimately satisfied with their food, but we didn't feel welcomed there. This place might be good for hookah/appetizers, but I wouldn't recommend it for dinner.

    Guaranteed great time

I went there with five of my colleagues after work for drinks. We liked the atmosphere especially the downstairs area where we sat. The music was very interesting as they played world and middle eastern music. We ordered appetizers and entrees and we all loved what we got despite the low tables. Food was delicious, service was great, and our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I will go back soon with my girlfriend for dinner.
