    pretentious and over priced

I have lived on 9th for two years now and this place still baffles me. Not only is the pizza at least twice as expensive as other joints in the area, but the person working the front is rude, unprofessional and stingy with condiments.she told me not to use the garlic and red pepper because I was a to go customer and I was using toppings for sit down.when I asked for plates, she rolls her eyes. Sorry but your pizza is not that good. If you are wondering why this place never has locals, it's the poor management and price.

    Delicious Pizza!

My husband and I shared a whole Margherita pizza for lunch. It was fantastic! Thin crispy crust, delicious tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella. A whole pizza has 6 slices, however each slice is small so 3 slices a person isn't extremely filling. I think 4 slices would be a perfect portion. Nonetheless, we love the pizza and can't wait to return next week!

    good pizza? Are you crazy?

We live in NY. It's not difficult to get a good pizza here. Surprised that people use the word "quality" to describe this pizza. It tastes like the Elios frozen pizza that I used to eat every day after school in the eighth grade.

    Good but way overpriced

No argument that pizza was tasty and of good quality. But I can go somewhere else and get a single slice for a few dollars that's literally as big as an entire "whole" pizza here that costs $16. Good is worth paying for, but this is not THAT good by a long shot.

Some of the best pizza in NYC, but it comes at a cost.

The pizza is Sicilian style (squares) and is without a doubt one of the top 10 slices in NYC. The issue people will have is that for $20, you feed a guy like me or at best a guy and a girl. The 'full' size with toppings is really a meal and a half tops. I don't care as I think its well worth it for the best Sicilian this side of Italy. However, it is pretty pricey for Hells Kitchen. (even if celebrities love it)

    Tasty but small!

I popped in here for a quick lunch to-go, and to take advantage of the $0.99 slice with drink special. The atmosphere is cute, a little classier than most 9th Ave pizza joints. The pizza isn't put on display under heat lamps, so you can't really see what you're getting until you get it. That's how I discovered why the lunch slices are only $0.99 - they're so tiny! I got a rectangular slice that was maybe 4x5.5", which is certainly not a meal. it was quite tasty, but when the register girl handed me my tiny to-go bag, I was so disappointed! Another disappointment is the $2 cans of soda - pretty pricey!
