Last Licks Ice Cream
Posted by anonymous on 04/03/2011
This is the first time that I am writing an online review, but my experience was so poor that I must! I recently had my son's party at Last Licks. The place is cute for a sports fans, but that about it. The staff was so disorganized and disengaged it was unbelievable. By the end of the party I was helping to scoop ice cream and clean up just to move things along. The so called game they played was sports bingo, but the cards were not sports related and for the "candy prizes" they gave out old now and laters. For nearly $2000 I expected much more. I have thrown a lot of kids parties before and have always come away with a great feeling. This by no means measured up!! Don't waste your money.

Great place to eat at and a great place to look at the memoribilia they have in stock. They have manyt flavors that are very good I personally tried 5 different ones which were better then any you are going to find at Carvel or Baskin and Robbins 24. As far as Emack & Bolios they have not one flavor that can top Last Licks. I have met Hulk Hogan at the Armonk Last Licks and it was a time I will never forget for as long as I live. They provide sports and ice cream what more can you want from 2 of the most favorite things in a grown and young mans life!!!!

Stopped in for ice cream, and the staff explained that the athletes they represent help flavors. I had the Ricky road, by Mike Richter. Although I am a Devils fan this was the best ice cream I ever had. My neighbor said they do a great kids party. Nice place wish them luck.

I should have known from the website that this is more of a memorabilia store than an ice cream joint but it is kinda fun looking around at all the stuff. I finally found the list of ice cream on the website so I was excited at all the options but when I got to the store there were only around 8 flavors and very limited toppings. Go for the memorabilia and stop at Emack & Bolios on the way over. On second thought, you may want to skip it altogether if you don't feel like saying no 100 times to your kid who wants everything in the store.

A great spot to bring kids and just hang out. Very attentive staff and a great collection of memorablia. Highly recommend!
