Liked it
I had to feed 3 teenage girls, one who's a vegetarian with a severe nut allergy. I figured italian is a safe way to go. I arrived 1st and told the hostess that we would be 5 with no reservation. I was seated right away, with no attitude at all. We explained to our server about her allergy, and he told her what not to order, and pointed to her what she could . We shared two appetizers and all ordered our entrees. The portions were all good sized, (appetizers and entrees) and although the food was not amazing, it was good and filling. Some of the things on the menu are a bit pricey, but in general not bad price wise. The complimentary garlic bread was a nice touch, and the server pointed out that it has basil and olive oil on it, not pesto made with pine nuts. We didn't linger for dessert, but all in all our experience was pleasant.

Really good!
I enjoyed the food, drinks, and service here. I'm not a big fan of pasta but I will be going back again for more.

Frustrated customer
While I do like the food, I will no longer order delivery from them again. Regardless of what they say for how long it will take - its always over 45 minutes despite the fact that I'm 3 blocks away. There are too many other options in the area to deal with that...

Poor Service
The food isn't close to being good enough to have to deal with the service and staff. There are 1,000 better options in the city.

Poor customer service!
I've been a regular at this restaurant but had the most horrendous experience with delivery. The lasagna was half the size it usually is so we called them to find out why. The manager was rude, obnoxious and didn't believe me. I finally had to request Seamlessweb to cancel the order! These guys should be shunned for their alarming lack of civility and common sense. They don't behave like the customer's experience is of any value to them. Very unacceptable given the standards of NYC restaurants. I would NOT order from them.

Used to be a regular, never going back now
First let me say this, I never write bad reviews. My wife and I live a block from Lasagna and have eaten there over 15 times in the last 4 years. Last Friday is the final time we will walk through the door. We didn't even get to eat after standing around for 30 minutes. I will spare you the details, but it boils down to one word: SERVICE. The staff is rude, I mean really rude. This is not one isolated experience, it's several at this point. I'm not sure if there was a change in ownership or management when they remodeled, but something is off. The hostess and head waiter are obnoxious. Don't take my word for it, read the rest of the reviews. The service is terrible. The food is decent, even pretty good (like I said, we've eaten there +15 times), but not worth being treated awfully. There are dozens of other Italian places within 5 blocks, try one. No one needs to go out for dinner and get a free a side of attitude with their meal.

Never Going Back
The food was decent, but not worth it for the poor service we and a few tables around us received. We were all shocked at how rude the staff was, and they all seemed to think it was appropiate. With so many great places in the city, we will never return.
