I've taken...a few dates here. It's a really nice atmosphere where the waiters are all really nice, the food is delicious and the pricing is not expensive for an Italian restaurant in Chelsea. I continue to recommend it to my friends.

I love love love this place- the staff, including Camillo the bartender, are incredibly friendly and quick, and the food is reasonably priced. It's a bar, but it's quiet enough to hear your friends speaking, and it's really casual and fun. The platter sampler is the way to go when getting a snack to go with your martinis.

This place is awesome with their GREAT staff and GREAT food...I first went to Lasagna a few months ago and have been back few times since and will for sure be back in the near future! When you walk into Lasagna you are greeted by a great host that is very friendly and courteous and seats everyone in a timely manor.. last night for example I wanted to sit at the bar and while there were no seat available he helped me out by telling me that he was going to be seating a group at the bar in a few minutes and that there would be a seat open if it was not for that I would have more than likley left and went to another place... Then when I got to the bar there is Brian who even on my second visit to Lasagna remembered my name and my drink great guy I am sure you will agree if you meet him. Then there is Adam who is the manager who is very personable and always says hi... his mom also helps out with her famous Tiramisu recipe if you like Tiramisu make sure you order this one... actually all the deserts here are to die for... the Apple Crumb Pie is my favorite.. and Adam is nice enough to warm it up and add a scope of ice cream to it to make it even better.. The next person that I had encountered Lasagna was Anthony he is such a great person... I was actually in the mood one day for spicy chicken and Anthony recommended the Chicken Arabiato it was out of this world and is actually one of my favorite dishes now... that keeps bringing me back for more.. Then there is Jocasta who has never waited on me; however at times when she sees I need something she is very quick to make sure I am taken care of.. and she always stops to say hello and find out how I am doing.. Over all this place is a 10 and trust me if you give it a try and go in there a few times you will understand why I have fell in love with this place. I am not sure why you are still here reading this you should be on your was to Lasagna!!!

I've been twice now and is absolutely delicious! I can't wait to go back. The menu has a huge selection and everything I've tried is spectacular! I have been to many restaurants in Little Italy and the food at Lasagnas far surpasses all of them.

I've been to Lasagna several times and never really had a problem other than slow service. My last visit though took the cake. It took forever for the appetizer to arrive. The waitress came by to ask how everything while my dinner companion and I were eating the appetizer. Then began an interminable wait for the entree. While waiting for the entree the waitress came by to ask us if we would like any dessert. We looked at her incredulously informing her that we haven't even received the entree yet. She went back to the kitchen to check up on it and came back to inform us there was a problem back there and it would take a "few more minutes." We decided that enough was enough as we had been there nearly 45 minutes or more. We asked for the check and cancelled the entrees. Suddenly the entrees appeared but we had already decided to leave and sent them back. The manager came over to inquire what the problem was but didn't seem to concerned. I then went back to him to let him know how we had been asked if we wanted dessert when we hadn't even received the entrees. I told him we would never return to this restaurant and we would let our friends and acquaintances know what had happened and recommend that they not patronize this restaurant either. We then paid our bill which considering what had happened, he should have comped and left. My companion left a tip, but I wouldn't have.

I was recently in the neighborhood and decided to stop in for a drink and an appetizer. I sat at the bar on a whim, and boy am I glad I did! The bartender, Brian, was a true delight. He was very honest about food selection and his recommendation was spot on. Drinks were strong and decently priced, too. But the bartender was the real standout of my visit. He was charming and funny, a real character. I will definately stop back in to see him and have a drink!

I have been here twice and each time the service was lacking. service is slow, impersonal, and hectic and the drinks have disappointed each time. Stay away from the garlic bread.... hard as a rock each time. However, if you want a good beef or shrimp lasagne this place delivers. Order to go!
