the best mexican food in ny
here is the deal, if a mexican restaurant does not make a good mole, they cant make good enchiladas and there fore they can't call it a mexican restaurant. I come from Puebla, the place where the mole was born, I know what good mole is. This place is by far the best Mole i have tasted in NY in the last 11 years. It is real mexican food. Try it and you will be doing the same thing I'm doing now, recommending Las Margaritas to all. Enjoy!

Best in the neighborhood
I've been in Bayridge for 10 years always look for good take-out specially mexican food and this place is a fantastic surprise. It's unassuming but wait till you try the food.. I have tried the burritos which are he best in the neighborhood and my GF loves the tacos. The best part is that dinner costs less then 10 bux for 2 tacos an burrito with no room in your belly for more.. Try it... Def. try it..

3 times in one week
Ok i've never been to this place but I will when i'm out and about. I checked out this place from this site. All I have to say is if you want real deal mexican food rather then those Texmex places based out of chinese joints you should definitely get it from here. The portions are tremendous and the flavor will blow your taste buds away. So far I tried two nacho platters which is packed with goodness.. the torta sandwiches are mouthwatering. The enchiladas almost floored me and the burritos w/salad was another winner.... yes this place will be on my speed dial since I am that fat!!!!!!!

Best Mexican in Bay Ridge
This tiny, hole-in-the-wall Mexican eatery is, imho, the best in class in Bay Ridge. There are a lot of regional specialties not to be found anywhere else (a tongue or headcheese sandwich, anyone?), the food is great quality, and the service is attentive (although in a restaurant this size, it's difficult to see how it could be otherwise). And the prices for more than generous quantities of excellent food? It's like I was transported to Ridge of 15 years back - a dinner for the family of three (free Coke included) ended up being under $30, with tax and tip. Las Margaritas has become a regular rest stop on my eating trail and I hope it continues doing the fantastic job it's doing now for many years to come.
