do not call in. most of the reviews below are accurate. the woman on the phone barely listens to your order and hangs up.

Horrible service, RUDE!!!!
It's too bad, because their food is pretty good, but we will NEVER eat here ever again. We used to order from them at least once a week and every time we ask for their hot sauces, the attitude we get is unbelievable. The lady hangs up before I finish talking and once said they couldn't send any hot sauce because they were trying to cut costs and then hung up on me. They're willing to lose $50 of business per week because they don't want to give someone hot sauce????? So be it. Reading the other reviews, it looks like I'm not alone.

Good food poor staff
Food is really good but it’s a shame that people who take order over phone are completely opposite. This one lay always hangs up on you. Not sure why but she always blames it on delivery guy saying they don’t want to deliver. I am a really good tipper and a delivery guy would not leave my door for less then $10 no matter how small the order is (usually its ove $150). Owners should really get rid of people with this kind of attitude. Not good for business.

Good Food Poor Service
The food is usually great here. If you plan on ordering delivery GOOD LUCK! The woman on the phone is ALWAYS rude and can never understand what your saying, she usually cuts me off before i have time to finish my order.

Poor Food,Wrong Delivery,Bad Service
This place has poor quality food. However, the worst is the service. I order an appetizer and two entrees today. However it is missing the appetizer. I called but the kitchen insisted packing the food. There is nothing I can argue with, so I ask for a refund (I was afraid to get the food again). They hung up on me, but eventually I got the refund. But I will never order from this place again.

disappointing
I don't typically write reviews but have to say the order I had delivered tonight was absolutely disappointing. Panang /w chicken and sticky rice. Panang was as oily as possible and had no discernible curry flavor at all. Chicken was gristly and chewy. Sticky rice was stuck into a block of mush when I opened it. If I had been in the restaurant I would have returned both and that's something I've done maybe once in my life.

Predictable
Every visit, you can count on all of the food being delicious. You should also anticipate poor service. They're consistent with both.
