Great food but a little expensive
Very tasty burgers, but the prices are a little expensive for diner food.

Good Neighborhood Restaurant
We love going to Lansky's. Great for breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner. IT is a good Jewish Deli. Ask for the banana bread, amazing if you can get it. It's a traditional Jewish Deli with the pickles and slaw on the table before your meal.

Don't get delivery!
1) it's nice they're busy, but count on being in the middle of ordering by phone and being put on-hold at least 5 times 2)they haven't figured out their phone-to-address system, and sent order 15 blocks away...even after they double-checked my phone and address, and still made the mistake So long, Lansky's

Excellent food, service and price
Eaten here a good dozen or so times. Brunch is excellent (all you can drink, cinnamon rolls are unreal, corned beef hash and imperial eggs benedict solid), but the real deal is the dinner plus cheap beer. Middle eastern plates are great (hummus good, israeli salad good), as are wraps and buffalo burger (although fries could be improved a bit - big nicks are better), but the appetizers are phenomenal. Highly recommend fried mac and cheese, buffalo wings and latkes. Just don't everyone go at once and mess it up for the locals who've never had a problem getting a table any time of the day.

So Not Kosher
I'm not even Jewish but I know this is not good Jewish food.

Best Brunch for your dollar!
Great food at a great value. Their brunch (all you can drink) can't be beat.

yumdelishluv
I just finished a FANTaaaSTIC pastrami sandwich, terrific fries, and a matzoh ball soup. I ran three miles, and was craving something more than salad. I hit this place now and then, but tonight, they hit it out of the park. The food was delicious, the person on the phone was really sweet, and the delivery time was fast. This is the best deli sandwich i've had on the upper west side. I'm loving Lansky's right bout now!
