a wonderful experience
I love this place and go everyday. Everyone who works there tries to be very helpful and make you feel like you are family. This is where I go to de-stress and I hope they stay in business there a long time.

THe Friendliest place in Manhattan
Lane Cafe is one of the nicest deli's I have ever eaten in. The prices seem comparable to other places in Lower Manhattan but you get so much more of everything. The plates are full and the owners are so friendly. They treat you like they've known you all your life and they even offer samples if you are undecided. I loved the flank steak but the shrimp was out of this world. Next time I am in Manhattan I will make it my business to stop by again

Hmmm....
So, this place is fine enough, but the food is too greasy and doesn't compete with the bunch of other lunch joints in the area. I have to say that I think they're overpriced and overcharge for specials on the board, with some reason why there is an additional fee (what?).

Good food, cheesy diner
The food is great, but the place looks like you've gone back into the 80's. Staff are all wearing maroon aprons and baseball caps.

Good food, surprisingly fast delivery time. No frills, just good, not great, breakfast/lunch.
