After having a brotwurst in a kaiser roll with a big stein of beer, and 25 dollars later, (tax and tip included), the result says it all. Overpriced, minuscule menu, and still trying to figure whether this is a glorified bakery, or a dismal diner or a wanna be trendy spot. Do not waste time and money.

Great little in gem in the West Village. Very authentic German food with delicious beer. The breads are amazing! I highly recommend!

Went to Landbrot last night to pick up some dinner to take out. Ordered one of the brats,and had to wait while it was obviously being prepared in the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the staff who were very solicitous about my wait. The food was very good and I will be back.
