Arthur Ave, this ain't
Yeah, so this deli is the only real-ish italian deli in the area, which gives it a leg up on the copious amounts of NYC delis (the panini-laden garbage that is speckled all over manhattan). However, that's where the good news really ends for me. The amount of prosciutto was meager, the bread was stale-ish, and I just expect a bit more and a bit better quality for 9.99 a sandwich. Probably won't be back.

Fantastic sandwiches, great grocery store and wonderful owners!
Their spicy tuna sandwich is awesome (if you like cornichons and harissa with tuna) as is their vegetarian sandwiches.

The Best Sandwhiches
My new favorite lunch spot. Their bread and meat are both incredibly fresh. Reasonably priced given the quality. I can't imagine finding a better sandwhich in the area.

Great Sandwiches!
I'm not normally one to rant and rave about sandwiches but this place really gets it right. The bread is great and they slice the meat for the sandwiches to order which makes a difference. The owners are very nice people and service is always great. The Milano is my favorite.

Simply the best!
Lamazou is the best place for sandwiches or cheese in the area, hands down. I've been living here for over 6 years and their sandwiches have been consistently fantastic since day one. Fresh soups and delicious cheeses just add to the appeal. Go to Lamazou! You won't regret it.

You'll Never Know What You'll Find
I always passed this place thinking it was just little cheese shop in the city, but today I went it for a sandwish after reading the other reviews. It was absolutly was wonderful( have a Ragina ( Smoked Turkey with Brie). I plan to stop by again soon. To the owner keep up the good work.
