This place is really great. A good deal for expensive Williamsburg everything tastes fresh. Everyhing on the menu is deep fried and They know how to deep fry things. I hope they aren't closed. The shrimp rule.

As a Marylander born and raised and transported to NYC- this is by far the best crabcake I have had in 10 yrs in NYC. Amazing tartar sauce. Fries also great. Fish sandwich an fried chicken sandwich also a hit with the friends I was with. Give this Williamsburg gem a try- you won't regret it....

Best crab cake in the Tri-states. Owner brings true "Maryland" tradition to the food. Went with a group of friends and sampled most of the food - all was equally delicious 'no frills' Maryland fried food. Maybe you had to grow up there to understand.

Locals around the city of Baltimore refer to it as "B"more. The new Baltimore-inspired LAKE TROUT does not deserve a grade nearly so high as a "B". Their cheese fish sandwich was patently average in every way but one: fishiness. Their western fries are like steak fries but covered in something akin to pancake batter. LAKE TROUT 's underachieving decor is old school loser "sports chic" courtesy of Orioles and Colts memorabilia. The LAKE TROUT lunch staff appeared unwashed, poorly tattoed and somehow impervious to the buzzing of many flies as super lame hip hop blared along much too loud.
