    soo good!

i went with some friends to La Zarza on a wednesday night and we had a fantastic time! Food was really good, we had chicken empanadas and calamari as appetizers. and then we ordered paella.. so good! (the bread they used to serve before was a little bit better though) service was very attentive and music was very relaxing..

    great experience

Great sangria! Food is so yummi and the service is great and attentive... me and my boyfriend went on a tuesday night and they had live music (bossa nova) We ordered some appetizers but our favorite was the calamari and the empanadas. we will be back soon for sure..

    Good food, lazy service

This restaurant has a fun, sexy vibe and decent food. The problem was our waiter, who took turns alternately flirting with a girl at the bar, hanging out with someone outside, and walking past our table without making eye contact. Maybe he was upset we didn't order the $60 bottle of wine he suggested for the sangria (seems like kind of a waste to dump syrup and fruit into the most expensive bottle on the menu, but whatever...) Regardless, after he forgot our drinks, we reordered them with another server. When the bill came, we were charged for 2 rounds. He took off the extra but didn't really apologize.

    Overpriced "Sangria"!

Slightly better than average food, but ridiculously overpriced sangria prevents me from returning...

    Small Portions - Overpriced

It was very overpriced for the small portions. The Paella was very average - Good Sangria but overpriced for a $37 bottle of wine with a twist off cap and an additional $12 for the sangria. Unattentive Service.

    Nice atmosphere, excellent food

Tried this place last weekend. It has every condiment for a great NYC cool spot. Atmosphere was amazing, great choice of music and food was yummy.Service was very attentive , polite and helpful. Dates and lobster ceviche were amazing, sangria to die for , salmon delish, shrimp was a little salty, overall very pleased with the taste and richness of the food.... will come back!!
