DISGUSTING
This is by far the worst Mexican food I have ever had in New York. Period. While their drink specials are awesome and I will continue to go for all night happy hour, La Stalla needs to try the food at Castros and the other Mexican places in the neighborhood. Their guacamole tastes like it has peanut butter in it. Do I need to say anything else?

Don't call if you're gay
My roommates and I order from La Stalla at least twice a week and really like the food. However, tonight we had a very unpleasant experience that makes us never want to order from them again. I called at 11pm on a Saturday, 30 minutes before they close delivery. I (a gay man) was denied a delivery order by the girl on the phone. My roommate, who happens to be straight, called 5 minutes after me and was given a delivery order immediately. Just to test it out, my other roommate, who also happens to be gay, called to make a delivery order and was also denied. This all happened in a 15 minute time period, all taking place before delivery closed. I called back to talk to the manager, who seemed apologetic and told me he would speak to her. I am very upset that such an asset to the culinary life of this neighborhood would employ/stand behind someone who is presumably homophobic. If you do not want to support homophobia, please do not order from La Stalla - their good food is not worth moral compromise!

FANTASTIC BRUNCH DEAL
$9.50 brunch menu with unlimited mimosa. The food was up to par and the mimosa was made with fresh squeezed OJ! We had a great time and the bill for four people, after 10 or so rounds of drinks was only $40.00! Additionally, the service was good b/c we didn't have to ask refills. SLAM DRUNK

An hour and a half delivery
It's a big dilemma. Delivery is not here after an hour, you keep calling every minute for half an hour and no one pick up, do you keep on waiting? or do you order something else? I finally ordered something else, and they arrived after an hour and a half. This has to be the longest time I had ever waited for delivery. I think it's fine that once in a while they screwed up and delivery took longer than ever. But totally irresponsible for not answering the phone. I would look elsewhere on menupages for other Mexican restaurants. not worth it.

Best Mexican Food In BK!!
Being from Los Angeles, I'm always on the look out for good Mexican food in Brooklyn. Little did I know that there was an amazing place in walking distance from my house. The food is not only very tasty, they price is easy on your wallet.. The happy hour is also a great value. Pints of beer start around $3 and usually there is a margarita or sangria special. I've not only had big gatherings here, I also enjoy coming in on my own and eating at the bar. The sasssy bartender is hilarious and she can make a great margarita without using any nasty sour mix from the gun. The waiters are polite and will go out of their way to get anything you ask. I only wish that Brunch was all day.

Super Taco is unbeatable!!
Just got back from Mexico and this place is AS GOOD as some of the best spots I found there. All I gotta say is go SUPER TACO! great value and one of the best taco's I've ever had. 2 of those puppy's is usually enough for lunch.
