My favorite 'go to'
I love their pizza. And I am picky as hell. Yes, Vezzo a few blocks down and on Lex has excellent thin crust, but when I want REAL pizza, I go to La Pizzeria. Why? You can taste the quality of the cheese. It really tastes like cheese, not some plastic, cheap cheese food substitute. That is why it is a little greasy. Real cheese is greasy! Always consistant, fast delivery, pleasant workers---I will go to them for as long as they are in business, without hesitation.

Great Value and quality
Very good sized portions and reasonable prices with great tasting food IMO. I had the Veal Parmigiana that comes with a side of pasta and a huge loaf of crusty bread for $9:00. My wife had a geat tasting Penne a la Vodka for only $7:00.

Best pizza ever
the pizza and the salad rocks! Even their special home dishes are good as home made i.e. lasagnia, penne etc...

Pizza is very good
Their pizzas are one of the best in the city. Try to get it delivered the place is not much of a sit-down kinda place.

Only good pizza in hood
I have lived in the neiborhood for last 12 years. The sicilian pizza here beats any other place within 20 block radius. Garlic knots and basic salad are awesome!!!! Def reasonable for what the area has become.

Above average pizza, great calzones
Decent, not great pizza. The pasta entrees are pretty average, but the calzones are great. They are not the baseball shaped pregnant dwarfs like most places, but larger and thinner. Get them with sauce inside!
