One pizza at a time? Really?
Went there recently, and we were literally the ONLY ones in the place on a Friday night. That said, the 2 pizzas we ordered came out at completely separate times. Very odd. They claimed that each pizza is made one at a time. Completely ridiculous. I can only imagine if they had more than 2 people in the restaurant. Would be hard-pressed to return.

Light & Puffy Crust -- Delish!
After sampling most of the purported Neapolitan pizza places around town, I found that this place was the original recipient of the Pizza Police's certificate from Naples and they definitely have the pizza to back it up. For me, 70% of the quality of a great pizza is attributed to the crust and their's is light and puffy like great fresh baked bread just out of the oven, kinda yeasty, with air pockets and light. Don't get me wrong, they use top notch ingredients for toppings, like buffalo mozzarella but for me it's about the crust. I suppose it helps that they sue a wood fired oven too. Definitely will be back soon.

One at a time?
Six of us went for dinner last night-- 5 ordered pizza. After we ordered, we were told that the pizzas are made one at a time. So all of our pizzas came 5-10 minutes apart. C'mon, you are a restaurant with pizza in the title. I like actually eating with my friends at the same time. Ridiculous.

Could be so much better
After being a neighbor for quite some time, I have really come to love the pasta at this Pizza place; however, I waited for 20 min. with my friend for a host to come around, then finally I just went up to her. The pizza is disappointing. 10 years ago, I loved this place.

Maybe it was a bad day but..
At those prices there shouldn't be any. We went for lunch today. Were a little surprised by the price but if the food is good, no issue. Opting not to go for the $1200, the $450. bottles of wine and graciously declining on the $99. special wines, we had full opportunity to concentrate solely on the pizza. Unfortunately, we should have been drinking. The crust was disappointing and the "Pizza Fresca" special pizza crust was quite a soggy mess in the middle. Please don't pass your comments on to the surly woman who seats you, you end up even more frustrated as she points out your inadequacies. It may also help if they brush out the oven occasionally so the bottoms of the pies are not covered with burnt chunks of flour. Go again? Sure. Right on by.

Attitude Stinks
Wouldn't give me hot red pepper flakes for my pizza --- waved a pepper mill in my face with maximum arrogance (you can get hot red pepper flakes at Del Posto, for God's sake!). Way disproportionate sense of self. And pizza was mushy. . . .

a surprising wine list
The name is misleading: it's more a trattoria than a pizzeria. (Though the pizza is great.) What will surprise you are the fine service and excellent wine list. Not a pizza joint, but a real place to eat.
