Poor Customer Service Experience
Order again from what was a staple go to pizza joint, waited an hour and a half for pizza to arrive, it was stone cold and called the restuarant to be told to just send it back....they never apologised or offered compensation. This was the second delayed cold pizza in a row (and will be our last order from them).

Mia is the best
First of all, if you prefer any other Italian restaurant's subs over Mia, you clearly just like cheese sandwiches. Mia produces the most succulent food on the UES. Mia Grandma slice FTW!

Overcharged as well.
My go to pizzeria, Italian Village pizzeria, was jam packed after Hurricane Sandy so I decided to give La Mia a try since I've walked passed it a billion times. The counter service was prompt and the slices looked decent. But I was over charged for my meatball parm hero. The hero wasn't very good and the sauce tasted like it came out of a jar but I’m willing to suspend judgment on that since they were kind of busy too. The meatball parm hero I got from Italian Village yesterday was excellent and $2 cheaper. I won't be going back to La Mia.

Ordered from La Mia Often
Ordered Mushroom and Pepper. The pizza delivered seemed it had been sitting for a couple of hours and they threw the toppings on. Unfortunately I will never order from La Mia again.

Epic Pizza
I have lived in NYC for 40 years. I have eaten pizza all over the city. La Mia regular and sicilian is as good as it gets. There is one other place on the UES, Pizza Park (60s) that is as good. The sicilian at La Mia is perfect. I also eat the tortellini alfredo quite often. If your pizza is soggy when delivered thats because it came out of a box. Bam.

Great pizza
Not a lot of good pizza anymore in the East 70s... had to hunt around and settled on La Mia. Excellent quality & consistency, friendly service, pizza always fresh, delivery prompt.
