okay food
I came here after taking a test and the food was ok my husband ordered the mofongo and it wasn't all that good my meal was the steak rice and beans and it was okay, the coconut drink tasted very good and sweet. Maybe we just went on an off day.

amazing beef stew
my friends lives a half block from here. sometimes i go over to her place just because i want some beef stew. the food is amazing and a great bargain. they do not skimp at all!

the best roast chicken I ever had!!
This place is sort of small, and doesn't really have that spanish restaurant look when you walk past it, but don't sleep on it. The best food lies there in. Cheap, good and plenty. For a few bucks you get a generous portion of rice, beans, and a healthy sized half roasted chicken. There's enough for 3 and some to spare, making you wonder how they do it for so cheap. The chicken is the main attraction. Has the same great taste everytime, and is better when a little burnt, making it crispier. Service is decent, and you dont feel rushed or neglected. Rarely a long line, so youre in out. Come from Queens just to get it, its definitely worth the trip.

Don't overlook this place
They make excellent roast chicken, beef stew etc. A nice little outpost.

Muy Bueno/Very Good
Since I only order by phone, I am not sure how the atmosphere is. But on the phone, they seem very friendly. One thing that I can say it that their food is mouth-watering! Everyone at my job loves it! Everyone comment on the delicous smell. Another good thing is their prices. They are not as expensive as other food places are. And for the price that you payyou get plenty, but plenty of food. 1 order can feed up to 3 people (depending, of course, on how hungry you are). I would unquestionably recommend their food service!

Great food at a reasonable price. This is food like your mama made it. Service be a little faster but, the friendly staff makes up for it.

Great Place, Great Food, Great Prices
Love this place, very laid back atmosphere, The tripe soup (mondongo) is to die for, and the roast pork (perni)l will leave you breathless. Great prices, generous portions, without a hefty price. And the service is good to boot. Enjoy!
