Great service, fast, fresh - homemade food. Nice portions. Great french onion soup. Reuben sandwich is awsome as well as chicken pesto panini.

I order from these guys often as i live near by, the food is over priced, but not bad. However, there hasnt been one time where something was forgotten; ie ketchup, a drink, sauce, tomato. then when you call to complain , they offer to include it the next time.

I used to live in Bklyn, Now I live near Kennedy Airport, I travel at least once a month with friends to eat at Kouros Diner, we find the best value there and the portions are large, the food is very good, and there is one waiter, Frankie, that gives outrageous service, polite friendly and courtious. He always remembers from ourb previous visits the beverages we drink and dressings and how we like our salads, and soup . The bus boys are very polite and, you are never rushed to eat . They have tv's so you can sit back eat and watch tv.

I loved the old Foursome diner on Ave. U and this diner is run by their sons. I love the cream of turkey soup and their Romanian steaks. Never had a bad meal from the. Staff is quick and courteous. A tad over priced for the area I think, but I'd still go there anyway.

I ordered Broiled salmon. It came out and it was breaded. Of all the years I have ordered Broiled Salmon, I have never gotten it breaded. When I said something to the waiter, he said I should have ordered it hi and dry. I said what does hi and dry have to do with broiled salmon being breaded. I asked for the manager. who kind of said the same thing. I was later told by a friend that a lot of diners are buying fish precooked and not making it from fresh. Amazing

Nothing to write home about... so far. I go there with Boyfriend for breakfast/lunch sometimes. The staff seems numerous, nice and friendly. Sizable menu. I've tried: 1) Piña colada - first time I've had it it tasted sour, but the bad kind. As if something just began to spoil. Second one was better, but nothing super. The presentation is great though. 2) Disco fries- with cheddar & gravy. Good but don't overeat or it'll be hard to move around. 3) Cream of Turkey. Too salty... kinda ok. Never had one before, so I don't know how it's supposed to be, but the cream felt lumpy and it looked like a porridge rather than a soup. Barely tasted any turkey. But it's hearty and filling. 4) French Onion Soup. Too much mozzarella. Ask them to use half of what they usually put. If you eat all of it, you won't feel hungry for the next 2 days. Very heavy. But good! Tasty. 5) Fried potato skins with cheddar. Regular. Ok. 6) Baked potato with broccoli and bits of bacon. Ok, though I'm not too crazy about the combination. 7) Coffee. I always order, but it's a tad watery. I like a stronger brew. Because I inevitably end up there at least once a month, I'll be sure to try Jumbo Shrimp in cocktail sauce and/or Fried Zucchini Sticks with sauce or Kouros Bay Salad
