Best in nyc!
Recently moved from Boston and have been on the hunt for my new neighbourhood go-to, and Koto is it!! Delivered amazingly fresh in under 45 min on a Saturday night. Heaven.

Legit
Koto sushi is def my favorite in the area. My wife gets the cooked entrees. I get the sushi. It's not trying to be anything more then it is. The food holds up

Mediocre
Mediocre sushi. Uni was on the "Special of the Day" List. We ordered it and it smelled stale. Better sushi place with japanese owners around the area are Gen sushi and Taro sushi.

The Best New Restaurant in the Slope!
We've dined in and taken out. Eaten lunch and eaten dinner. The experience is always a delight. The atmosphere is simple and relaxing. No pretension. The food is so fresh and they constantly provide a surprise on the menu. The price is surprisingly reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. The hostess always remembers us and is charming to our daughter. I highly reccommend this tiny treasure.

Great hidden neighborhood treasure
We are never disappointed with the sushi at Koto. It is always so fresh. They offer many different types of fish from basic toro and unagi, to sea urchin and sweet shrimp. The ambiance is overly simple, but the service is outstanding. The hostess always remembers us. And to top it all off, they deliver. Definitely a great neighborhood spot.
