I've grown up eating Kossar's delicious bialys, and just recently began buying their low-carb bagels. There is no difference in taste or appearance between their low-carbs and their regulars. I have tried Low-carb bagels from many different bagel stores

We live in the neighborhood and we don't buy our bagels here. Yes, they make okay biallys, but the bagels are definitely sub-par: dry, not crunchy, a bit too thick.
