Kd has been a long time staple in the kosher food arena. I grew up on thier burgers. I must say that the store's recent face lift looks great. They may have redone the store but the food is still tastes classic and the portions are BIG. KD good food.

This place is dirty, noisy and with rude, loud patrons buzzing around like some type of strange food bazaar. The fact that the food is kosher is an embarassment to the religion. The shawarma kiosk might occassionally crank out a decent sandwich but that's not a good enough reason to patronize this place.

The food here is decent but the service is poor- they are efficient but have bad attitudes. I do not mind if someone is not outgoing and friendly, but don't be rude. Also, it's expensive- the falafel, ablbeit tasty, is $11. A roast beef sandwich (nothing fancy, just two slices of bread & about 2 inches of meat) is $12. Are they kidding?

The pastrami was dry but I've had worse. It was WAY too expensive ($11.50). The coleslaw was not good at all. My friend and I have eaten pastrami and coleslaw from many different delis around the city. I wouldn't go back to KD. As far as the ambiance.....ugh! For a Sunday night the place was packed-noisy, customers were rude, pushy, loud, and just made the dining unbearable and parents, watch your kids! The staff taking orders were patient and pleasant.

I recently went to a local Kosher Delight and ordered the fish and chips platter. I was truly disappointed when I received a plate filled with french fries and 5 fish sticks - I couldn't believe it. I paid $8.00 for fish sticks - Kosher Delight should revamp this dish and serve 2 sizable fish fillets as opposed to the fish sticks - much better value.

I went into Kosher Delight expecting a fast food place, however, I also expected the food to be edible. The chicken was not very good. Even the french fries was un-edible. I wouldn't go to kosher delight if I was paid to eat there.
