whole experience was disappointing
Ordered from them online twice and BOTH times they missed items on our order! Worse yet was their attitude when I called about the missed items. In addition, the food is subpar considering the prices. We will NOT be ordering from KoolBloo again.

Surprising..
Based on some of the other reviews I thought my 2 am breakfast order would turn out to be a bad idea. I used the website to get discounts and they got my order right (it took about 30 min to deliver) and it was fine! Not the best pancakes w/ bacon I've ever had, but good and cheap and delivered when I really didn't want to walk outside!

A mistake I won't make again.
I tried another location and wasn't happy, so when the Avenue A location opened I wasn't too excited. Late one night, I decided 'what the heck' and got a takeout order of a bacon cheeseburger with fries. First of all, this isn't even a hole in the wall. It's basically a wall. If you go to pick up your order, there's the counter, and around 5 feet of space to stand while you wait. Zero seating. As far as the food, it was completely and totally inedible. I was actually really upset because I was famished. The cheeseburger didn't come with lettuce, tomato or onion (I guess you have to ask, but for 15 bucks I didn't think I had to!) and is served on a really stale bun. The meat tasted old. The fries were undercooked and mushy inside. It was a really unfortunate experience and I won't be going back. The counter guy is pleasant enough.

Really? No. Really. Are you serious?
Ok. I don't know where you're from, Kool Bloo, but where I'M from, a sloppy joe is NOT ground beef and barbeque sauce. Nor is it $11 and unsatisfying. A gyro comes put together, and if it doesn't, the platter contains enough foodstuffs to create a plentiful and delicious gyro. Mac 'n cheese that costs more than $5 isn't half a box of over-cooked Kraft Dinner. Lower your prices. You are ridiculous and not good. I had dinner at Nobu last night and spent less than I did on your late-night munchies. I'm shaking my head at you with my arms crossed and a disappointed look on my face.

Not recommended
Honesly, I didn't have anything against this chain until I started to order from this location. I literally live across the street from them and it would take over 45 minutes for them to deliver over a falafel! seriously!?

Not recommended
I stopped for a quick dinner one night. Huge, expensive mistake. What did I get for my $12.00? An unappetizing veggie burger. Hhmm, $12.00 for a veggie patty, lettuce tomato, pickle and bun? No thanks.
