We have ordered given the positive reviews. Honestly: never again. 1) promised delivery in 30 minutes - it arrived in one hour and 20 minutes. 2) every roll (we ordered 11) had an abundance of rice and very little fish in it 3) they forgot to bring one roll (naruto) which I was (ironically) specifically looking forward to since it was (supposed to be) a roll made without the rice. When we called they had no problem with sending the guy over again and with apologies. I understand human error, and wouldn't have a problem however when the roll arrived it was no different from all the other rolls: drawning in rice wrapped in thick cucumber shell and with miniscule amount of fish inside. We always order special rolls, never really look at the price much when order sushi, and always try to order the best fish. One of the rolls was $18.95 which promised to be the world after reading their description however was all the same with all the other rolls. They did give us a bunch of freebies which honestly I would rather not have and just have quality delivery and food. Never again.

I would say that it isnt perfect, consistency was a bit questionable, but the values is good. The services is great, maybe even too much. the sashimi is excellent. The regular tuna rolls were ok, the seaweed seemed to be too tough. Over all I will come again, and i think the place is fair valued. Dont miss this place, it is underground, but dont let this discourage you.

This was my first visit to Koodo, a very spacious Japanese restaurant in the basement of a building with pretty good lunch specials. For $9 I got 2 rolls of my choice ranging from eel, tuna, spicy tuna, etc., not just cucumber or avocado, plus you get a miso soup and two small but delicious shumai. This was exactly what I was looking for: A quality sushi lunch for under $10. Check them out if you work or live in the financial district.

Amazing sushi place! While I have always enjoyed sushi, I have never craved it. That all changed when i started coming here. Their sushi is simply the best and even when full, leaves you wanting more simply due to the great taste. It's always fresh and the lunch special at 8.50 for a wide assortment of maki is a great value. Definently check this place out.

A spectacular meal with great attention to detail. We ordered delivery and it arrived fast and in perfect order. Temperature and quality was perfect-no concerns despite it being a hot summer day. We will definitely order again. We even called to speak with the manager and were delighted to be able to compliment the owner herself. A very hands on restaurant dedicated to quality service and food-at a reasonable price!

I ordered this sushi delivery to my office from seamlessweb, and despite it being a cold March day the sushi arrived warm and very off-tasting. The fish did not look or taste fresh, and I ended up throwing away almost all of it because it was so off. There is no shortage of good sushi in Tribeca, so it was very surprising to me that the fish was that mediocre

I never feel like I have to worry when I order from this place.... You know, you try to find a new place thru menu pages and some of the reviews turn you off, or you wished you had listened to them afterwards. This place has great sushi, fast delivery, courteous staff...can't say enough.....I only order my sushi from this place....
