This has been our once/week sushi take out or stop in place for a long time. We switched from Haru because it was closer and cheaper than Haru. The sushi is great but we aren't pleased with the recent price increase. The rolls at Haru are bigger and a bit better. So still would recommend if you are in the area but I think we will switch back to Haru as the quality and quanity is better for around the same price.

I go here twice a month for dinner on weeknights. The sushi is fantastic and the prices are great. It is not your typical NYC sushi restaurant with ridiculous decorations or night club themes... It is simply fresh sushi prepared very well.

This is by far the best neighborhood sushi place I have eaten at. The sushi is fresh and delicious. Obviously its no Gari or Tanoshi but for the price, the quality is fantastic and the food is good.

Kobe Sushi is a quiet little restaurant. It has great food and friendly service. It is definitely worth going to!

The maki and sushi are tiny and all fell apart. Other menu items were bland and unseasoned. Very disappointed. With so many sushi spots on the UES, it's not worth ordering from here.
