My friends and I went to Klong a few weekends ago. We had an 8:00 reservation, but weren’t seated until 8:30pm (the hostess was fairly rude about it as well). The décor is nice, although the place was packed and it was uncomfortable having to stand around waiting for our table. The food and drinks were well priced and some of it was delicious. The ravioli soup, as well as the chili chicken was good. All dishes had generous portion sizes as well. The service was terrible though. All of our food and drinks were not bought out at the same time, so we had to wait for everyone to get their food. Also, one of us got the wrong dish and the waiters denied she ordered her original choice. I would recommend Klong, but definitely not on the weekend without a reservation.

I'm so pissed...are they like short staff or something? sat night..it's like I can't find anyone that can fill my water..the staff is ok...the women who work there don't even smile..it's like they don't want to be there... most of the time..they are huddled in the back...instead of talking..they could be waiting my table ! sucksucksuck

I've been here a quite often. The worst time to go is at night because it is so crowded and the waiters are so busy. However, if you go during lunch hour, it's fantastic. The waiters are attentive, you can hear yourself speak, there is no waiting and it's cheap to eat! I love coming here for lunch. The spicy basil noodle is my absolute favorite and i love the firecrackers and calamari. I highly recommend this place. I've taken many of my friends here and they LOVE IT. GO GO GO!

Food is excellent but the service isn't. A waiter spilled sauce on my leather boots and my pants right after I was seated. He was apologetic but it was beginning for a poor service night. We had reservations and they made 3 people from our party stand as they waited for a table next to us clear up. All these people care about is making money so they want you out asap after the meal is finished and they won't sit you down (even with reservations) unless everyone is there.

i love this place. the food has always been good and it's always really cheap. the drinks are amazing too, and usually set me back more than the food. i try to stop by whenever i'm in the area.

I went to Klong with a group of girlfriends on a Friday night with a 7:45 pm reservation. After struggling to find the place for the first seven minutes, for the following hour, we were told that the tables were clearing up but were lingering after being given their check... and well, every table after us heard the exact same excuse. When we were finally seated (and barely!), our waiter apologized for the wait and proceeded to take our order ... for which then we waited for an additional forty minutes for appetizers to trickle out (one by one) and only then some of the entrees. By this point, we were ready to leave for our next destination (also by reservation) so we enjoyed what we could - both food and drinks were very delicious - and left feeling that if it weren't for the poor service, we would have fully enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere and tasty eats. All in all, expect a long wait for good food.

Very solid food, but the delivery service was awful. It took over an hour and a half overall for my food to arrive (and I live six blocks away from the restaurant). After an hour I called and was told the food was on its way, which was pretty clearly a lie. I called again fifteen minutes later and they weren't sure they even had my order. The food was good when it got here, but I'm not sure if that's a judgment on its merits or because I was so hungry at that point that anything would have tasted good.
