Nothing else to rave about.

I called and ordered delivery 2 hours ago. I called three times and asked them the status and they kept pushing me off the phone. The manager gave me no help and attitude, and was extremely rude. The manager called me back and said that my order was lost...WHO LOSES MEALS?! They did comp my entire order but only after hours of starvation and frustration.

I called for delivery and ordered a Cesar salad dinner size...what I got was a small side salad that I paid $13 for and when I called to complain the manager offered me a free cupcake instead of the food I ordered!

I absolutely love this place, and have been going here for years! The food is great, the staff is nice, and the restaurant itself is very comfortable. I don't always like to go during their busy hours because I don't like to wait, but you know what... it's worth the wait.

The food is great, but getting what you actually ordered can be difficult. Today one order was wrong three times running. By the third try, which was still incorrect, my companion was done eating, and I was quite hungry. At that point we gave up, I ate what I could, and we left. They did not offer any discount for the extreme delay and the ultimately incorrect order. Also - it took 15 minutes to get water, on a blistering hot day, despite asking for it immediately. Delivery orders are often incorrect as well. For example, you might order a vegetarian dish, and get a chicken dish instead. I order from them sometimes anyway, because it's pretty good, but the error rate can be quite frustrating, and, again, they're not as good as they should be at making it up to you. My companion refuses to go back, despite the very tasty food, saying that the terrible service ruins the experience. Which is too bad. The breakfast is much better than anywhere else in the neighborhood.

Pleasant place, but certainly nothing exceptional for lunch. Bread for sandwiches was supposedly freshly made, but not obvious. Service was lousy -- waiter never asked if we wanted anything else, nor did he voluntarily pour water. Must be better sandwich places near Columbia.

The only thing good about this place is the atmosphere. It's a cute little space with little quaint touches like jar glasses for drinks. However! Be warned. The food is absolutely horrid. Bland, overcooked, and just absolutely tasteless. I can usually tolerate such things, but the breaking point was that the service was awful. The waitress was rude and slow. I understand that being a waitress can be tiring, but this was unacceptable. She literally rolled her eyes at me and started assaulting my food when I said it wasn't what I ordered. Unless you're the type of person who will tolerate anything, including bad food and poor service, for the sake of looking at cute things on the wall, don't go here.
