Just called and it is closed. Too bad I liked it a lot.

I just finished eating this. Veggies seasoned perfectly, beef was tender, and the flavor was explosive. My wife had the turkey and gruyere panini and also loved it. We will order from here again. Portions were a good value for these dishes too. This is my first review, the delicious meal inspired me.

finally we have a place in the neighborhood that is acceptable! as someone who works right around here i have been waiting for years for a place like this with clean, tasty and diverse foods. highly recommend this restaurant. i'm grateful that they've moved in.

the neighborhood could indeed use a truly excellent takeout shop, but Kitchen M isn't it. Clearly I haven't tried everything and generalizations can be unfair, but after several weeks of assorted trials, it's mediocre, disappointing. If one likes panninis, I guess they're not bad. The chili is weak and soupy. Their "chorizo" has no resemblance to any chorizo be it Spanish, Mexican or Whole Food. The quiche is absolutely the poorst I have ever had, soggy, uncooked crust, tasteless filling. Don't bother.

It's a slightly more upscale version of the standard panini/sandwich shop. There are some pre-made foods in the cold case which I haven't tried. The mozzarella panini was surprisingly good, and they appear to use high-end coffee beans for their coffee. Although it's primarily a take-out place, there are a few small tables if you must eat in. A bit more expensive than the competition up the street, but a welcome addition to the neighborhood which is sorely in need of more options.
