love this place. i live downtown and will travel an hour uptown just to eat here. best naan bread.

Clean and pleasant
We had Tandoori dinner for two; bf thought selection was too limited compared to other Indian restaurants. However, the quality of food was outstanding, especially mushroom soup. Very clean small restaurant. Nice interior design.

except for a few items, it's the pits!
some of the appetizers are good, but the food is bland and overpriced. the rice is not even basmati, and red food coloring is no replacement for saffron! .

Look Elsewhere for good Indian Food
I hae been eating Indian food since I lived in London in 1972. Kismat is some of the worst Indian food that I have ever eaten. It is greasy, tasteless, and at best mediocre. Do yourself a favor. Cook at home.

Our favourite!
Kismat is our favourite place to order food from in our neighbourhood! We often order for big groups when we have friends coming over in the evening, they always love it! Consider waiting time when you order! It usually takes an average of 45 to 60 minutes! Which is fine with us because they always tell us on the phone and I love looking forward to the great meals they bring! Love the indian ice tee!

Greatest Indian Delivery in the Heights!
I absolutely love this place! I've never eaten in, but the delivery is the best, really quick, and the food is always hot and fresh! The food always tastes great, they spice it just the way you ask, and the saag paneer is some of the best I've had! I'm so glad that we have good Indian in the heights!

Great Indian Food at Reasonable Prices
I have rarely eaten in, but have Kismat delivered more than often and I have never been dissatisfied. I food is amazing and I am always trying new items. With so few choices of restaurants in The Heights, I find this a treasure!
