tasty food, good value, generous portions
Over the years I've had the full price range from their menu and it's consistently tasty, quite reasonably priced, and they pack the containers full of food, which I appreciate because I hate paying a lot for mediocre non-filling Chinese food. I always get their hot and sour soup when I feel like I'm coming down with something. I live across the street and rarely use the delivery service, so I can't comment on it other than to say I don't remember ever having a problem.

Lazy
I was starving all day, and I was carefully trying to find a chinese food restaurant around where I work. I told them that I wanted the Chicken Egg Foo Young and the CHICKEN Lo Mein. They brought me Chicken with Eggplant (ewww) and BEEF Lo Mein. I called immediately to see if the delivery guy could come back and the only thing the guy said was, "this egg plant is healthier!" I told him that they had messed up the entire order, but that i'd eat the beef lo mein and that I wanted the have the chicken egg foo young brought in place of the eggplant. the guy promised that he'd give me a free meal the next time I called. I got his name, and told him my name and my address. The very next day I called and tried to remind him of the situation so I could order some of their American food, and he said he didn't know who messed up the order and that he would only give me a free effin soda! I dont want something that I can run down the the corner store and get when I should have had something cooked and delivered. I regret giving them a tip and spending any of my money here!

Pleasantly pleased
We eat here fairly often. Sure, it is your standard cheap Chinese food place... but their food is really good and the value is outstanding. The people who work there are also extremely friendly. There are no tables, but they have a few stools and a small counter facing the windows. It's a good place!

Only the Hot and Sour Soup
So, ok...here's the deal. I am obsessed with Hot and Sour Soup. Theirs is the best I have ever had. I cannot explain how or why, but it is. Nothing else there is that amazing. The place doesn't look so hot either. But seriously, try the hot and sour. If anyone can advise where there might be better (which I would love to try!!!) please do tell.

OK
It's another takeout place that serves mediocre "chinese" takeout. What is nice about the place is, the delivery is fast, and the "american" menu is very excellent. both the fried chicken wings, and half fried chicken, is exceptional, with the latter being a great value with fried rice for less then 5 bucks. Watch out if you're gonna go there during the lunch hours- orders are slow and crowded.
