Love!
I don't know what people are talking about here. I love this place! I usually order delivery from here and it's incredibly delicious every single time. Some of my favs are the curry puffs, thom kha soup, drunken noodles, green curry and pineapple fried rice. They also have lots of different vegetarian options and their tofu is amazing. Not to mention that it's always here in 15 min and the staff is so nice.

Decent
There are better thai joints in williamsburg, but this isn't disappointing for pad thai and drunken noodles.

Decent food, poor service and emloyees
They have consistently and unapologetically gotten my orders wrong. One time, I called in to pick up dinner, and they messed up my order. When I called them upon gettin home and finding the wrong order, they told me the kitchen was closing and there was nothing they could do. The next time I ordered, I ordered a salad with shrimp they forgot to give me. Again, they told me the kitchen was closing but if I came by tomorrow, they would give me a couple of shrimp? finally, the last straw was last week, when I ordered a shrimp and salmon salad with a side of veggies. I opened it there. They had forgotten the side and didn't apologize, and included exactly 2 shrimp and some undercooked salmon in the shrimp and salmon salad. When I pointed out the paltry 2 shrimp, they just looked at me. Skip it, or if you must go, eat in.

Delicious pad see wee
Well made Thai food, amazing flavor and super fresh! Really good prices too..Good delivery.. I'm definitely coming back!

Slow, inefficient and mediocre food
Last night, and the reason I am writing this review. I ordered $40 worth of thai food- two entrees, two apps for delivery. That's kinda expensive, right? It took over an hour for a delivery man to show up with the wrong order. I called Khao Sarn who were completely confused, then finally 10 minutes later, another delivery guy showed up with the right order. The food was below mediocre.

Delicious and cozy, every time.
This place has been my favorite Thai food place since it opened. There are so many in the hood to choose from, but this is the REAL DEAL in every way. So many others around here make every dish so sweet, not so here. The green curry is LEGENDARY. Annnnd they have veggie duck which is incredible for vegetarians. 5 stars all around.

a review
i eat at khao sarn three or four times a week. nothing is ever perfect, but for what it is, khao sarn is the best. very consistent, affordable and friendly. i have had better thai food, but for my money, i pretty much stick with khao sarn. i've had only one botched dish in six years of eating there regularly.
