Good food at a hole in the wall
Get it to go, because there isn't much to look at inside or outside this little Pakistani place. You certainly won't be disappointed with the cuisine though. On Tuesdays don't miss the potato and eggplant stew over rice.

Great food, but that's it
A hole in the wall, but GREAT food. Food is tasty and has a home-made flare and authenticity to it. Reasonable prices too.

Excellent!
I ordered the dinner plate and it was outstanding. Homemade bread, fresh chicken and lamb. Amazing spices and sauce, I didn't want to stop eating!

I dunno....
The service was good. I asked the guy behind the counter for a recommendation on "spicy chicken." However, I found that the food isn't "great". It's ok. A lot of rice swimming in gravy with some pieces of chicken for $7.50. You won't be totally mad if you go but it won't be a frequent spot to eat.

The chicken tikka and the naans
Man they have it nailed! The rotee is some of the best I've ever had, pakistan or anywhere, and their chicken tikka masala is worth walking twenty blocks for, fresh food always, no leftovers no yellow looking stuff thats been simmering for 2 days. If you want to eat great meat dishes, then this is it (also the lahori channay, superb).

Great food
Great Pakistani food. Spicy and filling - just the way food should be. I'm going to become a regular.

Really tasty foood!
I am from India and I cook tasty meals at home. But, sometimes love to explore different 'desi' restaurants in NYC. I ran into this place just by fluke, and I could not believe how tasty the food was! It had just the right amount of spicing-- not too spicy, yet very tastty and had the home-cooked flavor to it. The food here easily beats food from many Indian/Bangladeshi/Pakistani restaurants that are known to be excellent. I would love to eat there more often, even though it is not possible for me as I work/love in Uptown.
