Expensive yet totally worth it!
This place is a diamond - extremely professional staff, cool music, warm vibe, bustling happy mornings. I was shocked the first time I saw the prices then realized "I'm not in Starbucks anymore" - thank goodness. Not sure what other reviewers meant by comments about sanitation or service? I always see the staff on point and professional, I feel like I'm part of the Kaffe family - when they are not slammed they remember my name and say hi. Croissants delicious, blueberry scone perfect, and the 5 dollar Mexico coffee is beyond.

Great coffee, but...
First off, the coffee is seriously high quality. However, there are 3 reasons I have curtailed my visits 1. long lines 2. excessive price- there is a range for different countries blends but for certain countries its 4.59?..seriously? its premium...i get it..but like 3.50 would still be more reasonable and the 3rd reason that put me over the edge--> there new credit card policy. 10 buck min. Sorry but there are other cofffeehouses all around the corner that would be happy to take my business (minus the 1.5% fee taken by the credit card company)

best coffee in town
I haven't found a higher quality place for a cup in all my worldly travels. The people here care about your order and it was obvious.

Very poor service
Overpriced and very poor service. Only go if you like waiting around hoping the "servers" will fill your order instead of socializing among themselves.

Definitely worth the trip
I fortunately walked by this gem today. A lot of people are not passionate about good coffee, which is why starbucks and dunkin donuts do well. I personally like to enjoy my coffee, and appreciate quality, and am willing to spend an extra dollar or so for an exceptional cup of coffee; and this place delivered. If you don't know of Intelligentsia or any other good roasters, you probably won't appreciate this place. Was very psyched about the dual clover setup and synesso setup. Definitely offers quality coffee.

Great coffee BUT...
Be aware that the pricy coffee comes with additional prices not on the menu: 1) The baristas are always putting their unwashed bare hands/fingers in your coffee grounds as they brew each cup individually. Same for the food. 2) The male brista will serve any attractive male on line behind you his order before you will get yours. Often while trying to chat them up. Very annoying in the morning rush.

Whoa! Pretty pricey
While the place is adorable and the coffee really quite good, I have to say — it is pretty expensive. A cup of decaf is around $3.50 which is a lot, espeically if you're buying two.
