The best spot in & around the Penn Station area. A great spot with terrific food and great drinks. The management knows what folks want in quality of food and drink. There is a family atmosphere, maybe because it is NOT a chain, with the staff and the customers. The Happy Hour is a great deal. The servers are very competent and bartenders, led by Samra, are the best you will find in NYC. Come and enjoy the food, drink & comradery.

We usually come to Kabooz before every Ranger game but this time did so with a twist. The game fell on V Day. Can't say enough about the great food! Love the Reuben & the Spring roll appetizer! The service is great! Mark makes you feel as if you're family. Diana took our reservation & we arrived with a very ideal spot. Everyone was super! Rangers gear on the employees as well as the customers. If you don't eat here at least once in your life you're missing out on a real treat! Always a pleasure. Probably our best V Day ever

Kabooz serves satisfying food, the service is great and - this is the best part - one can sit in the "outside" cafe area inside a little fence, right out there in the Amtrak Station. Fascinating to be part of the hustle yet separate. Eating at Kabooz is usually the last opportunity to relax before the exertions of Amtrak travel and it is a welcome oasis.

I went here on a blind date, it was the first time I had eaten in a Penn Station restaurant. He made reservations even though it didn't seem like it was necessary. We were seated at a romantic booth in the back behind all the Penn Station travelers and a sophisticated French waitress immediately took our order. Since the menu was so extensive we decided to share an order of boneless buffalo wings and a chicken caesar salad. The food was much better than "bar food" and Chardonnay surpassed every glass of house wine i have ever had. Most definitely will be coming back to Kabooz in Penn Station.
