Love it!
It's a hole in the wall, but the fresh pizzas in the case all looked amazing! The guy at the counter couldnt have been nicer. My soup was made fresh when I ordered (and got some nice fresh toasted wheat bread thrown in), and my L&B Slice was a little salty but absolutely delicious (not the real thing, but a good try). For a filling lunch in Manhattan the pricing is wonderful. I can't wait to try everything else!

Poorest service ever!
Received wrong pizza. Cashier said I'd have to come get the right 1 or wait for 6 other orders to go out first. Then I asked for a refund instead and was told I'd have to wait til Monday. Unacceptable. NEVER ordering from there again!!

Great take-out
The eggplant parmesan is delicious - and so is everything else. You get a salad or pasta with the entree as well as bread - and there is enough food for 2 people!

Didn't Like The Buffalo Chicken Pizza
So, my wife and I have been coming to the city several times over the past few weeks, for medical appointments. Being here for a few days at a time, we looked to establish some of our "regular" places, nearby. And thus, we were happy to call Justino's, on 10th ave. - between 57th & 58th st. - our place for take-out pizza. We normally get a pepperoni and oinion pie, or maybe sausage, and we are usually quite happy. On this occassion, we decided to try the Buffalo Chicken pie - DISGUSTING! It is just a bunch of chicken slathered in some thick mayo based hot sauce and some equally thick and heavy cheese sauce, no real cheese in sight. Each, slice seemed to be a couple pounds of goop. Anyway, I made it through a slice, my wife got through only two bites. We were nauseated. I called to talk with the manager. I said we had tried the pizza for the first time, didn't like it, and asked if I could exchange it for a pepperoni. Well, he balked at that, but said I could get anothe pie at half price. Eventually, we settled on a small pepperoni (the Buffalo chicken pizza was a large). While I do understand Justino's point that taste is an opinion, this is just another example of the pennywise but dollar foolish mismanagement that I see all too often. I bet the next time I am in the city and I need to find a regular place for take out pizza, I'll go someplace other than Justino's. And, I bet I'll find one, too!

Chain joint quality
We couldn't get a salad- they said their "chef" had left for the evening. Nobody else can chop up some lettuce. The pizza was just chain quality. The toppings were barely warm, but the pizza was dry. It tasted like they took one of the slice pizzas from the case, put our toppings on it, then tried to warm it up.
