I ordered a California Salad from JS only to receive the order 1.5 hrs afterward. The poor delivery guy is not to blame, but what a shoddy operation. Starving, I went back upstairs only to find the pathetic excuse for greens they sent me 100% inedible. They were wilted and soggy. I will never order from them again.

I had never had a better salad than Just Salad's salad. The quality of their food is top notch, the service is wonderful and friendly. I especially enjoy the efficiency and the atmosphere of this place. The name takers were friendly, the choppers were quick, the cashiers were extremely friendly and coherent. This place really makes my day.

This place is great and I typically try and order from here at least twice a week, however, all too often the simplest ingredients are not available after 7 pm or on weekends. It's really annoying and I often find myself ordering from "chop't" down the street, which never seems to have this problem.

If you are in the mood for salad, this place is pretty good. But, if you haven't been there before, it is not the most user-friendly place. For example, they don't post it on the overhead menu, but you can your own salad for $7.45, which is only slightly cheaper than the chef signature salads they advertise. That is good to know if you are not in the mood for any chef signature salads. I only figured that out today, my third time there! They take credit cards as well as cash, which is great. Things move in a hurry and some of the staff don't speak the best English so they can be hard to understand, and you gotta move quick through the line. So that was a little frustrating. But overall, I enjoyed the experience and will eat there again.

I was in a huge hurry and happened to pass this place on the way to a meeting. It looked crowded, but they moved at the speed of light! I was in and out in about 6 minutes. When I finally got to eat the salad after my meeting it was incredibly tasty. All of the ingredients have this "just picked" taste that really makes the food stand out. Will definititely be happening upon JS again.

The salads are good but it is the worst delivery ever. They are always at least 1.5 hours late. enough already.

I am a vegetarian and usually have to make lunches at home due ot the poor dining options around my office. When Just Salad opened I was skeptical at first, but after seeing the absurd amount of vegetarian toppings they offer, I decided to give it a try. I was immediately blown away by the freshness of the ingredients. Getting decent produce at a quick-service restaurant in Manhattan is damn near impossible, but JS managed to pull it off consistently. I have been eating there about 2 times a week now, and if you use the cute reusable bowl, the price is really reasonable. This is definitely an example of a place in NYC where you get what you pay for. You are not paying a markup here, you are paying for the freshest produce possible, and the best variety of ingredients you will ever find to complete your salad. All vegites unite! You must try this place!
