I've ordered from here twice through seamless web - the first time it took 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get my food. The second time, I was told (after 2 hours) that the delivery guy was "not answering his phone." The staff blew me off every time I called - "give me your number and we'll call you back" which they never did. How is the place still in business? Simply because they are in midtown NYC?

The salad was not even slightly good. Good salads are maybe the easiest thing anyone could possibly make and how Just Salad went wrong...I have no idea. The salad tasted sour but surprisingly had no ingredients that when fresh taste sour. My guess it that the ranch dressing was not good and therefore, I threw my entire $10 lunch in the garbage. Do not waste your money.

This place has really great salads, although a little over priced, but the staff is terribly rude. When you ask them a question they look at you like you're speaking another language! They definately need friendlier and more helpful staff!

while the salads are good, the atmosphere is chaotic. the salads are overpriced and more recently, there seems to be less and less salad in the bowl.

Chomp, chomp, chomp. That's the sound of me devouring a salad. Not even 100 degree NYC heat can keep me away from this place. You must try the fallowing: Bacon, BBQ Chicken, Parmesan, Corn, Red Pepper, Chilled Avocado Dressing.

OK... Line was a little long at lunch time. Intimidating.. yes. After finally getting my salad, I did not think there would be any way for it to live up to the hype. I was pleasantly surprised, however when I tasted my custom salad. The veggies were unbelievably fresh tasting, and the roasted red pepper vinaigrette made the flavors literally POP in my mouth. I can't say that I would be willing to wait in that line again, but lucky for me, seamless web now delivers it right to my office! Definitely a must-try for salad aficionados.

I think its the best find in the garment district which does not say much but its still really good and not as expensive as you would think.
