Just Salad

The food is decent but delivery takes WAY too long. I have ordered from this place numerous times thinking I should give them another chance but it always takes over an hour!

If you want to wait 45mins to an hour for food delivery then order from here. I've ordered several times and it's always taken at least 45 minutes to get my order. Many times my order was never delivered and I just canceled it.

I've never had a bad salad from this place as far as quality BUT where are the toppings? I order avocado, and if i see a piece of it that's good, same goes for artichokes, cucs etc... I'd be surprised if more than a tablespoon of each goes into these salads.... the result being i'm always hungry and the salad experience is always a little too lettuce heavy :( for the price, it's a ripoff.

I've ordered from here twice through seamless web - the first time it took 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get my food. The second time, I was told (after 2 hours) that the delivery guy was "not answering his phone." The staff blew me off every time I called - "give me your number and we'll call you back" which they never did. How is the place still in business? Simply because they are in midtown NYC?

The salad was not even slightly good. Good salads are maybe the easiest thing anyone could possibly make and how Just Salad went wrong...I have no idea. The salad tasted sour but surprisingly had no ingredients that when fresh taste sour. My guess it that the ranch dressing was not good and therefore, I threw my entire $10 lunch in the garbage. Do not waste your money.

This place has really great salads, although a little over priced, but the staff is terribly rude. When you ask them a question they look at you like you're speaking another language! They definately need friendlier and more helpful staff!

while the salads are good, the atmosphere is chaotic. the salads are overpriced and more recently, there seems to be less and less salad in the bowl.
