Junior's in Times Square is quite different from the Grand Central location. Times Sq. location has great food. My mom and I had chicken parmesian and ribs and chicken combo. Both were excellent. Great coffee as well. I thought the Grand Central location would be similar but was SO dissapointed! It's more like a fast food joint in the terminal. They don't have the full menu either. Just sandwiches, burgers, salads and cheesecake. I had the virginia baked ham sandwich and my friend had the pastrami. Both were edible but not worth the $11 we paid. You can just as well get a similar or even better sandwich at the corner deli in the city and pay just half the price. And the onion rings at the grand central location were disgusting! The batter was thick and saturated with oil. We both felt sick for a few hours after the meal, and that was after eating only 1 or 2 onion rings eat. If you're looking for good food and a good ambience, be sure to go to the TIMES SQUARE location. Do NOT waste your time and money going to the location in grand central.

Four of us had a late dinner at Junior's Times Square after a show. The food and atmosphere were very good, and prices are reasonable. Their steak fries, cheesecake, burgers and ice cream sodas were excellent. There is a full bar. Ribs and shrimp combo was so-so. Service was friendly, but slow. If you are looking for a taste of NY that is a departure from pizza and pasta, check this out. It's packed after the musicals let out, so beware. There is outdoor seating as well as indoor. This place is worth going to at least once. We plan to return again for appetizers and drinks.

I visited the location in Time Square, which opened a month ago. The cheesecake was no good. I hear it's better at their Brooklyn location but I wasn't able to visit that location.

Junior's is simply a wonderful place. Food is great and not expensive (Reuben sandwich is my favorite!) and the staff is extremely nice and friendly. And I also liked the location at Grand Central. Staff is very helpful with foreigners explaining clearly the menu. I will surely go to eat again next time I will be in NYC! Thanks Junior's!

The bacon cheeseburger was the best I've ever had. Their fries and onion rings were delicious too. We also got a piece of plain cheesecake which was the best too. I wish we could have gotten back to Junior's to eat again.

The free coleslaw before ordering was the best I've ever had. All the coleslaw I've ever had has had a mayonaisse base and this one did not. It was the best I've ever had and would love the recipe.

The pickles are fantastic. Unlike anything you can find in a store but, the thing I love at Junior's that I never eat anywhere else, the Onion Rings are out of this world. I don't know what it is about them but ever since I've tried one I haven't been able to stop. I have to have them with every order, along with extra pickles. Their delivery service, especially for this area in Manhattan, is unmatched. They are usually here w/in 20 minutes of my call, even if I call at high noon. You've got to try them- if you haven't already.
