Stick with the sandwiches or breakfast food, the rest is seriously subpar. Service is good and fast. Cheesecake is dense but tastey.

I tried the Red Velvet Cake and was pleasantly surprised how large of a slice it was. I actually liked it better than their traditional original cheesecake which was too sweet and heavy for my taste. Service was excellent.

The best part about the Marriott on Times Square is that you are so close to this place. Had breakfast there every morning of our 5 day trip in Aug. Sat outside and inside. Took sandwiches from there one day on an outing. Portions are HUGE. 6 in our party and everyone loved their food. Red Velvet cupcakes will make you slap your mama. Awesome. GOOD prices for NYC and awesome food. Service varied, but I found it to be on par with the other places we ate at in NYC.

I had the fried seafood platter. It was like eating rubber. Then I couldn't substitute the cole slaw for a vegetable, I was charged 4.99 for a side of tough (not crisp) steamed broccoli. My husbands reuben sandwich did fare a little better, but for the cost it was not worth it. All the meat was piled in a ball in the center of the bread, very hard to eat. The carrot cake was to die for, but that still didn't make up for the subpar food. Great service, friendly staff, far over priced.

I just wanted to comment on the service I received, yesterday,at Juniors Bakery. The people behind the counter were excellent. Even though the place was mobbed, the employee's all had smiles on their faces and were very mannerly. They should give lesson's to some of the wait staff at upscale restaurants.

went here after seeing chicago. its busy and nothing great about the atmosphere, but its nice, clean and ok for what it serves and what it is. good staff, who seated us as quickly as they could. for being so busy our waiter was great, very friendly and fun. cracking jokes and made for a nice visit. there were four of us and we all just had cheesecake except for one who had a dinner...it seemed fair, nothing special, but looked good and filling...the cheesecake was very good and lived up to the reputation that junior's has for cheesecake...should def go there just to try a piece and would i would go back...great experience...

We saw a Broadway show then stopped at Junior's after several disappointing desserts in NYC and the suggestion of a couple who suggested Junior's had the best cheesecake. My sister ordered a chocolate cheesecake and I ordered carrot cake cheesecake. If you like VERY rich desserts, this is your place! Very large slices and each bite had that great diabetic coma response...We had the take out and would definitely go back and recommend the desserts to others.
