Food not as good as it use to be
I remember looking forward to going for dinner @Juniors. After a long! long! time i decide to go the quality of food was bad, do not mind the price if the food was up to par. they also add 15% tips and staple that copy under the copy to add tip so i add tip again, the waiter never said anything. I think they should let u know they already add the tip in the bill. VERY SNEAKY!

I never been so disrespected in my entire life
I will never ever go back to Juniors Downtown Brooklyn. the food was so OLD they masked it with more seasoning and smothered my food with more hot sauce than the food needs. He took my meal off the bill but didn't want to take my fiancee's meal off that she only mutilated. But because she picked at it, it looked like she ate more than what she really did. This dining experience was foul from the moment we sat down. The waiter harassed us pressuring us to order food. I told this guy literally 5 times that we were not ready yet. The menu is so extensive and jumbled how can you read everything and decide what to order? The waiter brought me a dirty chipped as cup for my beer. I let him know. I let it slide. I will never ever step another food in Downtown Brooklyns Junior's for as long as I live!

Great place, overrated cheesecake!
I've been going to Junior's on an off for decades. I don't get to Brooklyn much any more, but when I do, I try to visit Junior's for lunch or dinner. The bits they give you for free are delicious -- pickles, cole slaw, and really great beet salad. Their sandwiches are excellent and good value. I really don't like their cheesecake -- I 've had dozens of better versions around NY over the years. But they have the best rice pudding, with strawberry sauce and whipped cream, that I have ever had in my life! I've seen the City change, favorite restaurants come and go, but it's good to know Junior's is pretty much the same good quality and value I enjoyed when I was a student, decades ago.

Used To Be Alot Better
$15 dollars for BLT on a roll and fries. The BLT tasted as if someone put an entire box of salt in it.

Great Breakfast
Junior's French toast is the best diner French toast I've ever had. It's challah bread, dipped in a wonderful batter and fried till it's a beautiful golden color. Their homefries are superb, as are their eggs. The rest of their food is standard diner fare, and they make really good pina coladas.

Not
As a kid/teenager I grew up eating in Junior's Restaurant, at that time the food, quality, and service was great. I've been there several different times of recent and the food is not the same.
