    Hidden Gem

I would definitely recommend trying this place. It is so cosy and the perfect place to go on a date. Music and food are superb and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.

    My Secret Bistro

My uncle took me to Jules for the first time and i fell in love with it. I have since taken most of my friends and they have all enjoyed it too. The live jazz mixed with the low lit atmosphere makes for a relaxing filling evening. On the right night, the owner will walk over to your table and regail you with stories of his travels to France and Spain seeking out new wines to bring over for his patrons to enjoy. The wait staff are kind and friendly people. It doesn't matter how you dress or how you look, they treat everyone the same. I highy recommend this spot.

    A positive dining experience!

My meal was very enjoyable. The waiter was attentive and made good recommendations. We got the endive salad to start with. It was very good, although could have had a bit more blue cheese in it. I ordered the steak frites, and the other people in my party ordered the hanger steak and salmon. All 3 meals were delicious, however, I enjoyed the hanger steak most. It was more flavorful that the shell steak that I ordered, however, the frites are impossible to pass up. They are truly the best french fries I have ever tasted. The steaks had a delicious herbed butter melted on top that gave them a great flavor. For dessert, we had a pear tart which was very good, although a little too much pastry and too little pear. The atmosphere is very cute- its romantic and dark with lots of candles. There is a nice outdoor area to sit, and a jazz band to complete the great dining experience. I will definitely be going back to try brunch there.

    Great eats w/ good jazz

Went here with a group of friends and fell in love. The atmosphere is very nice and the jazz is a great bonus. The service was a tad lazy but it was forgiven since the food was so great and we were more than happy to linger over it. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the onion soup. It was not good. It was sweet and just strange. Would not get it again. However, the tuna tartare was absolutely stunning, the pate was great, and the escargot were just how they'd taste in Paris if not better. The meals were huge and I could have easily split mine with someone else. I got the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes in a wine sauce and it was completely stellar. Very homey and comforting. Give it a try!

    An excellent venue

I ate here at the weekend with a group of friends and it was an excellent choice. There was a real buzz about the place and the music was excellent. The waiters were very attentive and the bill was more than resaonable. The only criticism that I could possibly have was with their Calamari starter. I will definitely be visiting here again and if you are a fan of French cuisine and Jazz you will love it.
