Love this place!
I'm a big mussels fan and I must say the mussels at Jubilee were amazing. They have about 6 different choices and I have had 4 of them so far, and every one of them was unbelievably good. I recommend the ones in tomato broth and the creamy chicken mushroom broth. Both are the best I have ever had. The service is also amazing here. Everyone is so nice and friendly and very attentive to everyone's needs. I highly recommend giving this place a try as their food is delicious. Have been back to Jubilee numerous times and can't wait to go back again.

best mussels provencal
When we have a yen for the absolute best mussels provencal, we make the drive from LI to Jubilee. Their mussels cannot be beat anywhere! Waitstaff and hostess have been consistently nice to us.

I live in Santo Domingo and in my last visit to NYC my cousins invited me and my daugther to have dinner at Jubilee....the best choice!! The curry mussels were incredible!!Good wine and very good service!! I can not wait for my next vacations to New York!!

Neighborhood gem
My wife and I discovered this hidden gem in a 1996 Wine Spectator and have eaten here on every trip to NY since. It lived up to its review and has never disappointed. We visit from SF and simply have not been able to match the consistent quaility of food, service and ambience of Jubilee in our hometown - although there are a few that are very close:)

Amazing
everything is amazing here! hands down one of my favorite spots in the city. cozy little french bistro run by such nice people. the scallops are the best! and any of the mussels are great- they use the best quality mussels. just indulge and get the fries, you'll be happy you did, they have a small flavor of truffle that makes them out of this world!

Charming
Good food, nice wine list albeit a little on the small side (tables very close together, however, still can be a romantic date place). It's a neighborhood restaurant that has been there for many, many years and the downside of that is the regulars get the better tables and newer customers (who could be regulars someday) are told the tables are reserved (while sitting empty for 45 minutes). Other than that, I would definately go back and maybe become a regular.
